                                 Steps to Create Facebook Business Page

* Step 1:    Sign up/Log in

                 

  . Visit www.facebook.com or www.fb.com

 . Scroll down your screen and look at the very bottom side of your tab.

  . You will see a tiny link: Create a page.

  . Now, if you have not logged in from your Facebook account than it may ask you to log in to your normal Facebook account.

  . Log in to your Facebook account by typing in your Facebook account credentials.

                                   Now after clicking on Create a Page you will see this page

Now you will have to select one of these options which you can see on the page

. Select the Business or Brand if you want to create the Page for your Business or If you want to create the Page as a Public Figure or as a community than click on the second one.

. I have clicked on Business or Brand as you can see.

. Now, type in your Business name and select the Category of your Business then click on       continue.

. Type in your Business address and Phone number and if you would like to share these on your page then click on continue.

. Update a Profile Picture which will help other users on Facebook in recognizing you

 and Your Business Page.

. Add a Cover Photo for your Business page.

* Step 2   Updating your Page Information

                Now you are able to see Two Highlighted options in the Picture

1. Add Button

By clicking on add Button you can add different type of Buttons on your Page as Call Now, Send Message Or Contact us Via E-mail.

Choice is Yours you can choose any one of them.

2. On the Top you can see Edit Page info

With the help of this you can make changes in your Business page info.

                                      

                                                   How?

Click on Edit Page Info - You will see a page like this -------see below:

                      

. Now you will have to write a description about your Page. A brief summary about your Page, you can write maximum up to 255 characters.

. Scroll down a bit you will see several options like website: Here you can put your website link if you have otherwise you don't need to.

.  Add your Email Address to your page so that people can contact your business through your E-mail and rest of the information.

Bang on! Your Facebook Business page is ready now.

*Step 3  Invite Friends :

. Now you can send invites to your friends to like and follow your page.

. By inviting your friends you can increase your page likes and reach of your posts on Facebook.

. Like all the other pages related to your Business on Facebook.

. join different groups which are related to your Product and services on Facebook.

" You will not be able to send invite to any person who is not in your friend list so that is why you will need to like other business pages and if anyone likes your post on your page who is not in your friend list you will get notified and asked to send invite invite to them."


*Step 4  Manage Page Roles



.You can easily assign your page roles as Admin, Manager or Editor.

.If you don't have time to manage all these things on Facebook page than you can assign a manager for your Facebook Page without telling him the Facebook account credentials.

                                                    HOW?

1. Go to your Business page.

2. At the top you will find some tabs choose the setting Tab

3. look at the left hand at the 8th option which says "Page Roles"

4.click on that

5. Add the E-mail of the person you want to assign role to and Click on next.

Hooray! You are done with your Facebook Business Page.

                 How to connect your Facebook Business Page with Instagram?

. Click on the settings again.

. Look at left hand side the 13th option you will see as the Instagram.

. Click on that you will be redirected on other page.

. Click on Connect to Instagram.

. Log in to your Instagram account and that is all your Facebook page and Instagram accounts are connected with each other.
